Use the button below or email ideatag@ideatag.studio with the subject “UNIVERSE BUILDING account deletion request”. Opening this page does not send a request.
Include your support code if known, platform (Android/iOS), connected Google Play Games or Game Center display name, reply email and a statement that you request deletion. You may still request deletion if you do not know the code. Do not send passwords, verification codes or account-transfer codes.

After receiving the request, we explain what is needed to verify account ownership and prevent deletion of someone else’s account. Tell us if you cannot access the account. Knowing a support code alone does not authorize deletion.
An active game session or pending purchase may need to be resolved first. Our reply explains the deletion scope, scheduled date and any additional information needed. To request directly in the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account.
다른 사람의 계정이 삭제되지 않도록, 접수 후 계정 소유자 확인에 필요한 정보를 안내합니다. 계정에 접근할 수 없는 경우 그 사실을 알려 주세요. 지원 코드만 안다고 바로 계정을 삭제하지 않습니다.
진행 중인 게임이나 미완료 구매가 있으면 먼저 정리가 필요할 수 있습니다. 확인 후 삭제 대상, 예정일과 추가 확인 사항을 답변으로 안내합니다. 앱에서 직접 요청하려면 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제로 이동하세요.
Deleted information and records that may remain삭제되는 정보와 남을 수 있는 기록
Deletion revokes login and account connections. After the displayed grace period, platform display names, secondary identifiers, sessions and transfer codes are deleted; raw platform identifiers are replaced with hashes. Progress and items associated with the account may no longer be usable.
Payment, refund, currency-settlement and abuse-investigation records, support messages, logs and some backups may not be deleted immediately. You may include related-data deletion in your email request. We explain the scope and reasons for any necessary retention and the outcome.
Use your device’s app-data controls to remove local settings and caches. Apple and Google accounts are separate and are not deleted with the game account. Account deletion does not itself submit a purchase refund request.
계정 삭제가 처리되면 로그인과 계정 연결이 해제됩니다. 표시된 유예기간 이후 플랫폼 표시 이름·보조 식별자, 세션과 이전 코드가 삭제되고 플랫폼 식별자 원문은 해시값으로 대체됩니다. 해당 계정의 게임 진행 및 보유 아이템은 더 이상 이용하지 못할 수 있습니다.
결제·환불·재화 정산·부정 이용 확인 기록, 문의 기록, 로그와 백업 일부는 즉시 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이메일 요청에서 관련 데이터 삭제도 함께 요청할 수 있으며, 보관이 필요한 정보의 범위·사유와 처리 결과를 안내합니다.
기기 내 설정·캐시는 기기의 앱 데이터 관리 기능으로 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple·Google 계정은 별도이며, 게임 계정 삭제가 해당 플랫폼 계정을 삭제하지 않습니다. 계정 삭제만으로 구매 환불이 접수되지는 않습니다.
